The Aghori are a Hindu sect held to have split off from the Kapalika order (which dates from 1000 AD) in the fourteenth century AD. Most other Hindus condemn them as non-Hindu because of their cannibalistic rituals. Aghoris or Aughads command extreme reverence from rural populations as they are supposed to possess powers to heal and relieve pain gained due to their intense practices.

The Aghoris pull out corpses for the Ganges river after cremation and consume them raw or by cooking them. Thier belief is that what others consider a "dead man" is, in fact, nothing but a natural matter devoid of the life force it once contained.

WOW that video is disturbing.

Well it's clear they are far from a "secret" society with that video lol.

It's highly concerning eating dead bodies was fine with me each to there own if they want to do that then so be it to them the bodies are dead and would rot anyway and if they have deep spiritual beliefs about it I could almost understand.

However I went on to read that they believe in human sacrifice as it will give them internal life and youth and that worried me it makes them extremists if you ask me they really believe killing someone as a sacrifice will give them internal life and youth and believe that whole heartedly then that makes them very dangerous and scary people in my eyes.
